Saarstahl Precision, via its plants, is part of Saarstahl AG which, for its part, belongs, together with the internationally active heavy-plate producer, Dillinger, to the alliance of companies, the SHS Group.
Saarstahl numbers among the world’s most significant producers of long product. As early as the production stage, Saarstahl at all times takes account of the entire value-creation chain, with the result that its products are always precisely tailored to the customer’s specific requirements. Saarstahl’s long products are in use wherever ultra-high demands are made on quality, load-bearing capability and reliability – in such modern applications as electromobility, high-speed rail routes, wind-energy systems, power plants, ships, bridges, construction projects, mechanical engineering and production facilities. The product portfolio comprises wire-rod, steel bar and semi-finished products in a range of different grades and for a large spectrum of technical applications.
