Cold-drawn heading wire
Cold-drawn heading wire for the production of screws, bolts, nuts and formed components like, for example, ball tenons for motor-vehicle chassis and running gear technology, cold-extruded wire product for, among other things, spark plugs, wires for rolling-element bearings, chains, chain axes and hammer drills for use in impact drills and rotary hammers.

The supply range is rounded off by pre-quenched-and-tempered wire product (hardened and annealed) and AFP steels for many different applications, along with wire product consisting of soft magnetic iron.
Our new annealing and coating centres are the latest state-of-the-art. This enables us to supply wire material at the highest technological quality level for our customers.
Free-cutting steel
Bright free-cutting steel in spool-less reels (coils). Optimum chip-removing machining characteristics on the basis of the feed material supplied by Saarstahl, our parent company, give us excellent positioning on all markets. Our sophisticated drawing processes and coil winding technology enable us to meet all of our customers’ specific requirements.

Bright and copper-coated wire
Our bright-wire products are primarily wet drawn and set standards for homogeneity and peak-to-valley height. Super-plating surfaces generated using a special process further developed by ourselves provide an unparalleled basis for immaculate metal finishing treatments. High gloss, extreme smoothness and with absolute cleanliness. We also offer cost-effective solutions: our coil units of up to 4.5 tonnes, for example, which reduce setting-up times for our customers and, once again, minimise production costs.

Galvanised and bright zinc-plated wire
We supply the full range of hot-dip galvanised surfaces, ranging from normal to heavily galvanised in both hard and soft versions, along also with galvanised after-drawn wire product. We specialise in bright zinc-plated wire material with extremely smooth gloss bright surfaces. We achieve fine, ready-to-use surface qualities without redrawing – the ideal feed product, the quality of which convinces users.
Here, too, we supply cost-effective solutions: our coil units of up to 2.5 tonnes, for example. This cuts setting-up times for our customers and minimises processing and fabrication costs.

Packaging
Bound to pallet, square-section timber possible. Coils and rosettes can be produced with internal cardboard tube. Packing in oil paper or protective film possible.
Other variations in rings/rosettes possible in 2.0 mm to 12.0 mm.
