In close cooperation with our customers and the feed-material supplier, Saarstahl AG, we continuously further refine our products – application-orientated and always with an eye to the future. Total integration into the supply chain enables us to optimise processes holistically and to open up new potentials for applications at the materials level.
Thanks to our all-inclusive product design and our tight interaction with feed-material production, we are able to systematically accommodate individualised requirements and achieve innovative solutions. Drawn bar steel
Our range includes cold-drawn bar steel with a spectrum of cross-sections. Even at the stage of the use of our feed material from Saarstahl AG, we lay the foundation stone for immaculate bright steel. Our production lines enable us to draw our bright steel wire and bar. Work hardening thus enables us to set the required mechanical data with pinpoint accuracy.

Ground steel bar
Ground steel bar – we can even further enhance the surface of our bar material on our grinding lines – whether tolerance (up to IT6), freedom from surface decarbonisation or peak-to-valley roughness.

Heat treatment
Heat-treated steels – for us, no problem! We can provide a large range of variants, from treatment of rolled material up to and including annealing under shielding gas in our bright-annealing furnace. Our potentials include stress-relieving annealing, soft annealing, normalising, ageing, air-cooled (AC) annealing and annealing for adjustment of mechanical properties.
We make use of our parent company’s know-how for heat treatment of wire and bar, and are thus able to perform induction quenching and tempering on rolled bar material.
